The getaway vehicle is point-to-point (ceremony/venue → hotel or after-party) — not by the hour . We quote the PTP transfer for your addresses. Anywhere outside Portland still includes travel time — remote farm and lodge venues are common.

Regular runs to Hood River farm venues, Willamette Valley wine country, Skamania Lodge, and Mt. Hood / Timberline. Across the river: Vancouver, WA weddings.
Travel-time rule (outside Portland): Hourly bookings use a 4-hour minimum + travel time — real drive each way, minus 30 minutes All Star Town Car absorbs per leg. A point-to-point getaway outside Portland still includes that travel time. Ask at quote how drive time from Portland fits your day.

PDX meet-and-greet · SEA when needed
Private pickups at Portland International (PDX) with flight tracking and luggage help, then straight to the hotel or Airbnb. When the itinerary lands in Seattle instead, we run SEA ↔ Portland transfers — quote confirmed at booking (no invented flat airport dollar on this page).
Hotel · rehearsal · ceremony · reception
Multi-stop family runs across the weekend: hotel to rehearsal dinner, morning-of pickups, ceremony and reception shuttles, and late returns. Suburban or Yukon for immediate family; Sprinter when a larger guest group shares one loop.

Tip for the couple: send flight numbers and hotel addresses early. We stage one vehicle for VIPs (parents) and a Sprinter loop for the larger guest list when that fits the plan — still no stretch limousines.

Your chauffeur works from your timeline — not a one-size script.
Tell us the pickup times, the stops, and who rides when. Me and my team build the day around that: bridal party leaving for the ceremony, guest loops between the hotel and the venue, and the couple’s exit after the reception. The chauffeur is dressed for the occasion, opens and closes the door, and stays out of the way until you need something.
All Star Town Car has been owner-operated since July 2022. Our chauffeurs are company-trained. We hold a City of Portland private for-hire permit, we are a National Limousine Association member, vehicles carry $1M in liability insurance and ASE inspections, and we never add surge pricing. Rates are all-in — gratuity and fees included. Oregon does not charge sales tax on these rides.

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats 12–14 passengers for hotel–ceremony–reception loops at $180/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Food and drinks are fine; alcohol is not allowed on the regular Sprinter. What is the travel-time rule for destination weddings?
Inside Portland’s free 30-minute zone, published hourly minimums apply. Outside that zone — Hood River, Willamette Valley, Skamania Lodge, Mt. Hood / Timberline, and other remote venues — the booking uses a 4-hour minimum plus travel time (real drive each way, minus 30 minutes All Star Town Car absorbs per leg). We quote the full day before you commit.
Do you have stretch limousines for weddings?
No. Me and my team do not operate stretch limousines. Couples book Cadillac Escalade getaway cars, Suburban or Yukon bridal/family SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter guest shuttles — the vehicles Portland weddings actually use today.
How many Sprinters do we need for hotel-to-venue guest transport?
Use our on-page wedding transport planner. Sprinters seat 12–14. At 12 passengers per van (conservative), 100 hotel guests need about 9 Sprinters all at once, or about 5 looping on a timed window. At 14 seats, closer to 8 at once or 4 looping — the example me and my team use most. The planner also adds Escalade getaway, bridal SUVs, and PDX/SEA family pickups, then emails or copies the plan for a written quote.
Can out-of-town family get airport and hotel rides for the wedding weekend?
Yes. Me and my team handle PDX pickups for visiting family (flight tracking, luggage, hotel drop-off) and multi-stop runs across the weekend — rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and return to the hotel. When the cheaper or only flight lands in Seattle, SEA to Portland transfers are available too; rate confirmed at booking, not a flat airport dollar on this page.
