About All Star Town Car

Hey, I'm the owner and operator of All Star Town Car. I built the business in 2022 to fill a gap between two bad options in Portland's chauffeur market. On one side you had rideshare apps with surge pricing and driver quality that changed every trip. On the other you had old limo companies with dispatch layers and outdated vehicles. All Star Town Car is the third option. A professional chauffeur service in Portland, Oregon, booked directly with me, with the same driver standard on every trip.

A Little About Me

I'm a Portland native. Born and raised in Southwest Portland, first-generation American. My family immigrated here from the Middle East. I grew up speaking Kurdish at home and picked up some Arabic along the way. I also understand a bit of Spanish. I went to Woodrow Wilson High School and graduated with the class of 2015. From there I worked a run of jobs across Portland in the service industry for nearly a decade. Hospitality, restaurant, and customer-facing work. That's where I learned what actually matters. Showing up on time, dressing sharp, and treating every client to the same standard. First ride with us or fiftieth.

After a while I decided to stop doing hospitality work for other people and start doing it for myself. All Star Town Car was the result. This isn't a franchise, and it isn't a family business handed down. It's a small operation I built from scratch because I love the industry, I love the vehicles, I love the people, and I love that "dressing nice and providing a high-end service" is a real job description.

How All Star Town Car Actually Runs

I do most of the work here myself. I answer the phone at (503) 995-1205. I book every trip. I confirm every quote. I dispatch every driver. I write every piece of copy on this website. I do the marketing and the SEO. I schedule vehicle maintenance. I handle the invoicing. When a client emails, I read it and answer it. Not a customer service rep. Not an assistant. Me.

On the driving side, I personally drive many of the bookings. On the days I can't, I have a small hand-picked chauffeur team. Every driver has been vetted by me, background-checked, and trained for at least two months before their first dispatch. They operate company-owned vehicles from our fleet of Lexus LS sedans, Chevrolet Suburban and Cadillac Escalade SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, all under company commercial insurance. Same standard, same booking experience, same fleet. On any given trip, it's either me or a driver I hand-picked myself.

Meet Jean, Our Chauffeur

Alongside me, All Star Town Car has one hand-picked chauffeur on the road. His name is Jean. He's multilingual, which is a real advantage for clients flying into PDX from abroad or for Portland business visitors who prefer to communicate in a first language other than English. Jean is outgoing, respectful, and one of the most interesting people I've worked with. Clients love him. Every ride he does comes back with feedback thanking him by name. If I'm not personally driving your booking, Jean is the one behind the wheel, and I put my name on his work every time.

Languages We Speak

Between me and my chauffeur, All Star Town Car covers six languages: English, Kurdish, Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, and French. I speak English fluently and grew up with Kurdish at home. I also speak some Arabic and understand a bit of Spanish. Jean is multilingual, and clients tend to enjoy finding out which languages when they meet him in person. That kind of coverage matters when a client flies into PDX from China, France, Latin America, or the Middle East and wants to communicate in a first language other than English.

What's Next: Pro.Limo

On top of running All Star Town Car, I'm also building software for the chauffeur industry. It's called Pro.Limo The booking experience across most car service websites is broken. Multi-page forms. Unclear pricing. Quote emails that show up hours later. Phone tag. Back and forth. Times are changing, and riders don't want to click through ten screens to lock in a ride. They want to book fast, see a firm price, and move on. Pro.Limo is what I'm building to solve that. It's a direct-booking platform designed for riders who want it simple and for operators who want it clean.

Why "Owner-Operated" Actually Matters

When you call a national chauffeur fleet, you get a call center rep who books your trip and hands it off to whichever contracted driver in Portland is available. When you call rideshare, you get whoever accepts the ping. When you call All Star Town Car, you get me. The person who owns the business, sets the standard, picks the vehicles, and is directly accountable if anything goes wrong.

I built this to be the opposite of impersonal, app-driven car service. That's why point-to-point rates are confirmed at booking. That's why the same driver standard applies on every trip. And that's why the phone gets answered by the person actually running the company.

Portland Born, Portland Owned

Being from Portland matters in this business. I know which downtown hotels have the best pickup circles for private chauffeur pickups. I know which stretch of Highway 26 backs up on Friday afternoons on the way to Cannon Beach. I know how long it actually takes to get from the West Hills to PDX during wine harvest weekends. I know the Willamette Valley wine country because I've driven it hundreds of times, from the Dundee Hills to the Chehalem Mountains to McMinnville. I know the Oregon Coast because I grew up going there. That local knowledge is part of what you're booking.

Credentials and Standards

The company has earned Google reviews from real Portland clients since I launched. Earned, not solicited.
