Portland chauffeur, limousine, and black car service from All Star Town Car is priced by vehicle class at hourly rates. Sedan service is $107 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Full-size SUV service is $124 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, and Cadillac Escalade service is $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. The 14-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van is $180 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. The 12-passenger Executive Sprinter is $225 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Every rate is confirmed at booking with no surge multipliers, no demand adjustments, and no hidden fees. Rates include the chauffeur, vehicle, bottled water, Wi-Fi, and climate control. All rates include gratuity and fees. Rates listed apply to pickups and drop-offs within the Portland metro area. Outside the 30-minute zone (wine country, the coast, Mt. Hood, and the Gorge), every vehicle has a 4-hour minimum. Travel time may apply for locations beyond the metro.

Wait Time on Home and Point-to-Point Pickups
All Star Town Car provides 15 minutes of complimentary wait time on home pickups and point-to-point transfers. Additional wait time beyond 15 minutes is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments.
Wait Time on Airport Pickups
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands to allow for baggage claim and customs. Unlike national fleets that meter every minute of delay, All Star Town Car does not charge for routine baggage or customs waits past that window. Only excessive wait times, typically beyond 45 minutes, are billed at the vehicle's hourly rate.
Extra Stops
Additional stops beyond the confirmed itinerary are $20 per stop.
Meet-and-Greet at PDX
For clients arriving at PDX who want their chauffeur to meet them inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than the standard curbside pickup at Island 3, meet-and-greet service is $65.
Car Seats
Car seats are available on request at $25 per seat in booster, front-facing, or rear-facing configurations. Availability should be confirmed at booking. Car seats are provided as an accommodation, not a featured service.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required on file to hold the reservation, but no charge is placed at booking. Sedan and SUV reservations (Lexus LS, Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade) may be canceled up to 24 hours before pickup without charge. Sprinter reservations (14-passenger Sprinter and Executive Sprinter) may be canceled up to 7 days before pickup without charge. Cancellations received inside these windows, no-shows, and unreachable-at-pickup scenarios are non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are permitted with restrictions. All pets must travel in a kennel or carrier, and breed restrictions apply. Call (503) 995-1205 to confirm your pet's eligibility before booking.

What is included in All Star Town Car's hourly rate?
Every hourly rate includes the chauffeur, vehicle, bottled water, Wi-Fi, and climate control. Wait time within the booked hours is included at no extra cost. Only extra stops beyond the confirmed itinerary ($20 each), meet-and-greet service at PDX ($65), and car seats ($25 per seat, on request) are billed separately.
Do you charge a surge fee for airport, holiday, or event pickups?
No. All Star Town Car does not apply surge multipliers to any booking, including early-morning PDX pickups, holiday weekends, Portland event nights, or last-minute reservations. The rate confirmed at booking is the rate charged at the end of the trip.
How does gratuity work at All Star Town Car?
Gratuity is already included in every rate, so there is nothing extra to add or calculate.
Does All Star Town Car charge for extra stops or wait time?
Extra stops beyond the confirmed itinerary are $20 per stop. Wait time is complimentary for the first 15 minutes on home and point-to-point pickups, and 30 minutes on airport pickups. Beyond those windows, additional wait is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
