Privacy
Your itinerary stays with us
Because this is owner-operated, your executive itineraries, client names and pickup addresses stay with us. There is no shared booking app and no third-party platform holding your travel data.
Me and my team hire and train every chauffeur myself, and each one passes a background check. The vehicles are company-owned, and each one passes an annual ASE inspection.

Pricing rules
How pricing works
Airport
There is no airport pickup fee.
Any day
A Friday night costs the same as a Tuesday morning. There is no surge on any run.
Same day
Same-day trips need 1 to 2 hours of lead time.
In advance
Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead guarantees the vehicle you want.
Outside the zone
Past our 30-minute zone, trips have a 4-hour minimum plus travel time.
Something else
If your team needs something different, call us. Me and my team have an affiliate network we can bring in.

Executive car service questions
How do I set up a corporate account?
Call (503) 995-1205. Monthly billing, priority booking for your assistants and a rate lock on recurring routes all get set up in that call, with no contract.
How much does executive car service cost in Portland?
The Cadillac Escalade, which seats 4, is $150/hr all-in with a 3-hour minimum. The Executive Sprinter, a 2024 Mercedes-Benz with a partition, is $225/hr.
How far ahead should I book?
Booking a day or two out is safest. For a same-day trip, call and me and my team will confirm what is available.
Can you move a roadshow team between meetings?
Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats 14 for roadshow teams. For a smaller executive group, the Executive Sprinter seats 12 with a partition.
What if the meeting is in Salem or Eugene?
Those are outside our 30-minute zone, so the minimum is 4 hours plus travel, billed as the real drive each way minus 30 minutes per leg. Salem works out to about 30 minutes each way and Eugene to about 1.5 hours. If the day ends with your drop in Portland, there is no return leg.
